EVONIK RAISE
Messages brought to the point
At the RAISE Day in Essen, Evonik presented the best ideas for optimization potential within the company to nearly 200 international executives. Concept development, implementation, and on-site setup of the exhibition were in our hands. From briefing to concept phase to implementation, barely 3 months passed.
The event was tightly organized by the client and required a clearly structured exhibition didactics in the concept development. All content was to be communicated metaphorically and in a striking way. Trade visitors were to experience the topics interactively and also be able to touch exhibits, supported, for example, by screens and iPads.
The presentations had to be optimally adapted to the spatial and time constraints in order to convey the content—translated—through quickly understandable diagrams and animations. Depending on requirements, the individual stands were equipped with screens, iPads, and docking stations for intranet applications used by the RAISE teams.
An outstanding eye-catcher was the replica of the Evonik campus in Essen with backlit pictograms symbolizing various solutions in building management.
To convey the content of all stations to nearly 200 executives within a tight time window, the presentations were held for small groups. The presentations were simultaneously interpreted into several languages.
