EVONIK Open Day
Impact for large-scale projects
Nine events at nine locations, simultaneously on one day – translating the modular principle to locations of varying sizes, while maintaining a consistent look, was a conceptual and logistical challenge.
Additionally, factory tours were offered at all locations to determine all exhibits with clients and select the best on-site locations – consulting at all levels.
The goal of these freely accessible events was to provide interested citizens and residents near the various Evonik sites with background knowledge through specially developed content. From the initial idea of product worlds to the photoshoot and on-site implementation, we were a reliable partner throughout the process.
The simultaneous implementation of nine events at nine locations on one day was a logistical challenge. These took place in Marl, Essen, Wesseling, Krefeld, Darmstadt, Hanau, Rheinfelden, Witten, Lülsdorf, and previously in Herne and Geesthacht.
Through a sophisticated system selection, a uniform appearance was achieved across exhibition locations ranging from 200 m2 to 2000 m2. The scalable staging across different worlds conserved resources and enabled the entire undertaking within a “cost-effective” budget.
Not only the photoshoot and the search for a suitable protagonist who embodied the idea of different worlds were our responsibility, but also the content and thematic implementation of the product worlds such as automotive, living, leisure, care, health, office, etc., themselves.
