The client commissioned us to build a stage set in various international metropolises. Due to the tight setup and dismantling times, everything had to run smoothly. For events abroad, it is particularly important to do thorough preparatory work in order to rule out complications in advance.
We therefore flew in our specialist staff from Germany to coordinate and implement the installation on site. The logistical hurdles of international freight transport are part of the routine to ensure that the material can be imported and exported smoothly within tight time windows with the relevant customs documents; nevertheless, extra vigilance is required to ensure that each country’s specific import regulations are met precisely.
